Robert Kudla
Owner/Operator
Robert Kudla is the Owner of RPK Construction LLC and is an experienced construction professional with over 23 years of experience in the industry. Early in his career, Robert began as an electrician’s apprentice and has since gained extensive experience in construction, electrical, and restoration work. He holds certifications in Mold Inspection and Remediation, Lead Remediation, and is OSHA certified. Robert is also a proud member of NARI, the National Association of the Remodeling Industry.
Robert’s passion for construction is fueled by his dedication to his family, whom he holds as his number one value in life. He also values his employees’ strengths, experience, and aspirations and is committed to providing opportunities for their growth and development, both professionally and personally.
As the owner of RPK Construction LLC, Robert’s mission is to provide high-quality construction services to clients while maintaining the highest standards of safety, integrity, and professionalism. He strives to exceed his clients’ expectations by delivering projects on time and within budget, while also prioritizing the safety and well-being of his employees and the communities he works in. Jarret Brozoski
Project Manager
Jarret is an experienced project manager with a background in construction, building maintenance, construction retail, and automotive parts distribution. Originally from Edison, NJ, he currently resides in Philadelphia, PA. While he has no formal education in the construction industry, Jarret holds several certifications, including OSHA, Lead paint remediation, Lincoln Electric flux core welding, and Schluter system.
With a total of 14 years in management across various industries, Jarret is poised to take on new challenges and help RPK Construction grow. His favorite part of his career is structural carpentry, where he enjoys solving problems and fixing things that are damaged. He takes pride in the projects he’s worked on and loves looking back at what he’s accomplished with the work he’s put in.
Outside of work, Jarret is an amateur foodie who loves cooking and trying new places to eat. He also enjoys spending time with his family, going on adventures with his wife, and welding and fabricating things just for fun. His love for learning new things keeps him constantly reading and researching in his free time.

Kamil Nguyen
Project Manager
Kamil Nguyen is a highly skilled and experienced project manager based in Philadelphia. With over a decade of experience in the construction industry, Kamil has developed a reputation for delivering high-quality workmanship and ensuring open communication with clients. He has received extensive training in mold remediation, Schluter shower systems, and lead safety and OSHA training, which enables him to provide exceptional service to his clients.
Kamil takes pride in his work and enjoys providing the finishing touches on projects. He strives to ensure that every project is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality. His dedication to his work has earned him a loyal client base and numerous accolades.
Kamil’s professional goal is to gain more experience and become a trusted construction professional. He is committed to continuously learning and improving his skills to provide his clients with the best possible service. Kamil believes that communication, attention to detail, and a strong work ethic are essential to achieving success in the construction industry.
Outside of work, Kamil is an avid music enthusiast and enjoys playing both the guitar and keyboard.

Dawid Chojnacki
Project Manager
Dawid Chojnacki is a skilled Project Manager hailing from Phoenixville, PA. With an AA in architecture and interior design, he has spent the last 14 years of his career in the industry gaining experience in exterior renovation, water remediation, basement waterproofing, and structural repair. He is lead remediation, Micro mold remediation, and Schluter certified. His ultimate professional goal is to grow within a thriving company.
Dawid takes great pride in his work and finds satisfaction in making his customers happy. “When everything goes smoothly, a day goes faster, a week is easy, and a month is full of completed projects.”
Outside of work, Dawid has been happily married for 8 years and has three cats. Though he has yet to have children, he enjoys fishing and traveling, sometimes venturing as far as Canada for his fishing expeditions. When he’s not working at RPK Construction, he always finds himself doing a project around the house, as construction is his passion and his life.
