Had a really good experience with Kamil, Viktor, and Vova. Kamil did an excellent job envisioning what we were looking for, communicating and managing along the way without needing oversight, and in the end we are very happy with how it turned out.
The work seemed very thought out. Details to make the space better weren't overly negotiated, they just happened. I had no expectation they would level the floor and yet thats what I received. I've had experiences with other contractors that if it wasnt word for word in the quote then forget about it.
I dont expect they were the cheapest option, but we did get quotes that were much higher. Ultimately they absorbed changes without fuss and were passionate about making sure we enjoyed the finished product, which we do.

We recently had a 1st floor renovation done at our home, which included the removal of a load-bearing wall between the living room and kitchen/adding new supports, replacing floors, updating stairs, replacing a window with a sliding door, and painting. We worked closely with both Robert and Bart throughout the process. With a project this large, we had our concerns, but Robert and Bart walked us through the plan and once the project started, our minds were put at ease. With a baby at home, one of our main concerns was making sure the environment would remain safe for us all. The amount of preparation the team did to protect all of our belongings - and HVAC system - from construction dust was above and beyond our expectations. We've had large constructions jobs done in the past, and this is our new baseline. At the end of the project, we could immediately relax and settle in. There was no frantic cleaning of every surface. They handled it all! We are so happy we went with RPK for this project due to both the clear communication throughout the process and how beautiful it all turned out. The level of detail that went into each element was much appreciated, and they even fixed a few small things from our DYI projects without us even mentioning them. Just a few weeks later - we are having them back out to give us a quote for a concrete project we have coming up. Highly recommend.

BASEMENT STRUCTURAL CORRECTION!
I'm very happy with the work that was done from RPK. I'd totally use them again! I recently moved into a house and then noticed that my first floor felt a bit sloped and bouncy. Upon looking at the structure in the basement, you could see that the main support beam was visually bending and the 3 original lally-column posts were taking a beating! They were deteriorating and bulging from the weight above. You should be able to see this depicted in the included pictures.
In any event, I did some research online to see who could help fix this issue. I found a few companies that seemed to advertise this (including RPK). However, RPK had quite a few reviews on this sort of work. As if they specialize in this sort of thing. I reached out to all 3 (maybe even 4 companies). The first and only company that responded was RPK. One other company responded with an automated message (boo!). RPK contacted me right away and scheduled for Robert (the owner of the company) to come on out and take a look.
Robert was all business, obviously very knowledgable and so not the salesman type. I really appreciated that. We ran through some options to help correct the issue. He even mentioned us applying for a permit through the township to get the work done properly (if I wanted to go that route). That showed me that he was confident with his work. He gave me the number to a Structural Engineer (Andrew Moore) who was also great and affordable.
It took a little bit of time to finally get to doing the actual job; between having the engineer come out, getting the permit, and me deciding how in depth I wanted to get for the work being done (which option I wanted to go with). Robert checked in every so often to see if I had any questions to help with me making my final decisions. He was never annoyed or pushy.
I now finally just got the work done. The crew was great! I had a couple of great foremen (Jared and Bart). They were all very nice guys. In fact, we all probably talked a bit too much. Lol. But that was cool. The crew was very respectful of my home. Jared even went a bit beyond what we had listed in the scope of the work. I asked him if we could maybe clean up the original (old and beat up) red posts that were there. They were chipping away and shedding. He left at some point to get what he needed to do so. When I came down to the basement at the end, I was pleasantly surprised! He cleaned up the old posts and then even painted them black to match the new 4 posts that were installed. The work looks beautiful now and it's diesel! Thank you Jared! I now have full confidence with having my big Italian family gathering in the kitchen above.
Lastly, my upstairs floor now feels so much better. It slopes less and it just feels more solid, overall! I am very pleased with the project. The experience was great and I would totally use RPK again for any future projects. Definitely give them a go!

Just had RPK work on various projects at our house including covering new ductwork and fixing areas where we had radiators removed. Could not have had a better experience. The office was readily available to answer any questions we had. Peter, Vasil and Kamil made sure the job was done both timely and professionally. The finished work came out looking better than we could have expected. If I could give them more than five stars I would. This is the second project they’ve helped us with. Could not recommend RPK higher.

RPK was wonderful to work with. They were so fast on both of my projects when they got here. The tile project is better than I thought it would be. They added tile that I thought was impossible to add and fixed up my broken woodwork which they didn’t need to do. The transition is so smooth to my hardwood (Their colour match skills are good). Please see pictures.
The other project was replacing a ceiling that had rotted and was full of all manner of nasty things. It is now lovely. They added some quarter trim and insulation and it may be cleaner than I made it for them to start.
I would like to add that they were very respectful of my kids being around and treated our space to good language and clean work habits. This was wonderful since my homeschool kids were around the house for the whole project. This is an A+ company in my books.

My recent experience with RPK Construction has been exceptionally positive. This company’s work is by far the best that I have had done in my 35 years as a homeowner. The owner, Kamil, was highly recommended by my Fairmount neighbors.
The experience actually exceeded my high expectations. I am so impressed by Kamil’s knowledge, expertise, reliability, accessibility, accountability and ethics. Boris is a highly skilled craftsman who does exquisite work - simply flawless kitchen renovation and brick patio/drainpipe work. Marko is great also, facilitating efficiency in his important role as support person.
I have such gratitude for the stress-free and rewarding experience I have had with RPK Construction and look forward to using them for all future needs.

I hired RPK after I had a pipe burst that destroyed 1 ceiling, my entire downstairs floor, lower walls, kitchen cabinets, etc. They came out immediately and turned around the estimate in 24 hours and we contracted shortly thereafter. They were able to start work immediately and complete the entire project in 2.5 weeks. They were respectful, priced fairly and did beautiful work. I will use them again on any future home projects and strongly recommend.

Working with RPK Construction has been a fantastic experience from start to finish. Every item on our estimate was completed with precision, detail and care. The crew worked hard and efficiently and consistently went above and beyond our expectations. Our project manager David was always available to answer our questions, explained all work clearly and offered solutions to any changes that arose during the job. RPK makes it easy to follow the work, all paper work is well organized and easy to see where you at in the job. We are grateful to have found this company. Their work was excellent, the communication was clear and organized, the price was fair and every one we worked with from start to finish was talented at their job and respectful of our home. We have a 150-year-old row home in Philly and needed to get our joists sistered for structural stability. RPK team was super responsive through the whole process, got the project done faster than anticipated, and left the house totally spotless even during a week when the ground outside was covered in mud and slush. I only met the team briefly when I arrived home from work one night but they were very kind! They even brought in a package on our doorstep and undoubtedly saved it from the very active porch pirates in our area. I appreciate the great level of care they took with the project and our home and we will absolutely be return customers.

We discovered that the joists in our attic were detached from the header joist, and we also had a cracked stud in our kitchen that needed support. Robert from RPK Construction proposed attaching an additional joist properly connected to the header joist, with access through the master bedroom ceiling and attic.
Kamil, our project manager, walked through the day prior to assess materials and equipment needed. He coordinated everything well, was responsive, and answered our questions & concerns. The crew prepared the path and laid protective covering on floors and stairs before starting, which we very much appreciated!
Victor and Vova were highly skilled craftsmen who did excellent work. They were meticulous, kept the job site clean, and arrived on time each day. They ensured we could still sleep in the bedroom despite the ongoing work. Before closing up the attic drywall, we inspected everything to confirm we were satisfied. Yaroslav and Roman came the final day to return furniture to place and ensure everything was cleaned up.
We are really happy (and feel safer!) with the work by RPK Construction & would not hesitate contacting them again for any other house projects.

RPK Construction is excellent- I’ve already recommended them to several friends. I spoke to & received estimates from five contractors for a bathroom renovation and Robert stood out for his expertise, communication skills and staffing infrastructure. They exceeded my expectations. The work was done efficiently, expertly and with care, and there was clear and consistent communication around every aspect of the job- not just the work itself but also ordering and billing. Really a top notch team and I would highly recommend RPK Construction. They were a pleasure to work with and we love the new bathroom.

I hired RPK construction to perform structural assessment and repairs on my home, resulting from fairly severe water damage in a location where a roof line met a wall. The section had to be rebuilt and floor joists above sistered. As part of the rebuild, I had my original sliding glass door replaced with a double-hung Okna window. Further, in the process of performing the job, Robert's team discovered that the entire strip of roof along the wall had to be replaced and properly flashed. They did this at no additional charge. They also upgraded some insulation in an adjacent overhang from R13 to R49 per my request while performing the work.
I initially received quotes from 3 contractors, all with excellent online reviews. From the start, Robert was by far the best with timely communication, and this continued through the project duration. The work was performed very efficiently and my family is highly satisfied with the finished product - the water damage issues that had stressed us for the last few years are but a distant memory; the new space is a pleasure to spend time in. Robert's team members were all extremely pleasant and respectful, and left the work site clean and organized. I highly recommend this contractor. I'd absolutely hire again.
